i loved my stay at cornwall hotel spa & lodges! the luxury double room was huge and had a lovely bath and sunny balcony. the staff were super friendly, especially the bar staff who helped me with local ales. the spa was fantastic, with a bubble pool and sauna nestled among the trees.

had a great time at this hotel. our room was spacious and very clean, really enjoyed the comfy bed and nice decor. staff were super friendly and even brought us extra blankets when we felt cold. loved the breakfast options, everything was made fresh and it was delish. the grounds are beautiful, lots of birds singing and a nice vibe overall.

however, we had some noisy guests outside our lodge which messed up our sleep a bit. also, the restaurant experience on our last night wasn't that great, the atmosphere felt a bit awkward with the seating too close to other tables.

i previously stayed in st austell and this hotel exceeded my expectations with its beautiful grounds and friendly staff. the breakfast was delightful with a wide choice of fresh pastries and organic juices. i particularly loved the relaxing atmosphere of the spa and the spacious room with a lovely view.

the shower pressure was quite low.

We enjoyed exploring the amazing parkland, where the kids loved discovering hidden trails and venturing into nature. Totally memorable!

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities during our stay.

On the downside, the lift only goes to the first floor, which made carrying luggage to the upper floors a hassle. While the food was good, I noticed breakfast selections were limited, especially compared to other hotels. The overall experience was nice, yet I felt the service could improve, particularly during breakfast hours. Notably, the spa had a nice ambiance but the bubble pool temperature was disappointing. it could be warmer to enhance relaxation during my stay.

The large room with a balcony was perfect for relaxing after a swim in the indoor pool and a steam in the sauna. I really enjoyed the breakfast spread, but the scrambled eggs were a little underwhelming. Overall, a lovely stay—just keep an eye on the room service timing! 😊
