The infinity pool can be too cool for comfort, especially in winter. Limited loungers around the pool mean you might struggle to find a spot during busy times. The afternoon tea experience fell flat. small, unwelcoming scones lacked warmth and the service felt inattentive, almost awkward, detracting from what could have been a delightful treat.

Recommended for Couples Looking to Relax
The spa treatments were pure bliss, just what we needed after a hectic few weeks. And the staff, they remembered our names and congratulated us on our anniversary every single day!
It wasn't inexpensive but still reasonable for the value we got.

had a great time at this hotel. our room was spacious and very clean, really enjoyed the comfy bed and nice decor. staff were super friendly and even brought us extra blankets when we felt cold. loved the breakfast options, everything was made fresh and it was delish. the grounds are beautiful, lots of birds singing and a nice vibe overall.
however, we had some noisy guests outside our lodge which messed up our sleep a bit. also, the restaurant experience on our last night wasn't that great, the atmosphere felt a bit awkward with the seating too close to other tables.

The superior double room felt spacious with a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying the countryside views. I appreciated the clean and maintained grounds, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. The swimming pool and sauna facilities were modern and enjoyable. Breakfast options impressed me for their variety and quality, although the dining service was sometimes slow. On the downside, the lift only goes to the first floor, which made carrying luggage to the upper floors a hassle. While the food was good, I noticed breakfast selections were limited, especially compared to other hotels. The overall experience was nice, yet I felt the service could improve, particularly during breakfast hours. Notably, the spa had a nice ambiance but the bubble pool temperature was disappointing. it could be warmer to enhance relaxation during my stay.

The large room with a balcony was perfect for relaxing after a swim in the indoor pool and a steam in the sauna. I really enjoyed the breakfast spread, but the scrambled eggs were a little underwhelming. Overall, a lovely stay—just keep an eye on the room service timing! 😊

Exceptional Staff and Great Facilities
The staff here were incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The spa facilities, including the sauna and hot tub, provided a perfect way to relax after a long day. The room was spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed, and the balcony offered beautiful views. However, the check-in process felt uninviting, lacking information on amenities.
